If you’re hoping to meet me in the studio, email first as I’m not there everyday. There’s lots of studios to browse and a lovely café too, more information can be found here.

  • Yes, I often do as this is where I test out new pieces, so if you’re local to Manchester it’s worth calling in for a look. However, if you see something on my Instagram that you’d like but you can’t see it online, you can email me to make an enquiry or order.

Shipping & Returns

  • If your order is in stock it will be dispatched the same week. Please note that my week is split between working from my studio and my home office, so I cannot always post out on the day you order, even if your item is in stock.

If your order needs to be made, as a guide, allow 1-3 weeks for it to be made in brass or sterling silver. Gold vermeil may take up to an additional 3 weeks. However, I aim to get your orders made and despatched as soon as I can and your order may arrive before the time frame specified.

  • If your order needs to be made and you need it quickly, get in touch. Rush orders may incur up to a £29 making charge. This service is only available on certain products and at certain times. Please email if this is something you would like to arrange.

  • This is due to additional costs that may be incurred to make your order within your preferred timescale. Such as express fees charged by my suppliers for materials or services such as hallmarking and engraving.

  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this to check your order’s shipping status, if you require further help, get in touch and I will do my best to help.

  • Yes, international shipping is usually around £15. For international orders, checkout as normal and email me with your order number and I will send you an invoice for international shipping. I am not responsible for any handling fees, customs charges or import taxes.

Jewellery Care

  • I carry out repairs on jewellery that I have made. I do not offer a repair service on items that I haven’t made.

If you damage your jewellery by accident, get in touch for a quote for repair/refurbishment. Most things can be fixed so don’t panic :)
